This unfinished drawing series was created between April 2019- April 2020. It
was meant to continue on until September 2024 when I turn 50. I wanted to
create a drawing a month, any subject, any medium. The monthly drawing would
be stored, and not looked at again until my 50th birthday -the entire series would
be kind of a birthday present to myself! But I got busy working on my graphic
memoir and writing grants and forgot about making this drawing series.

These are my favourites.

All drawings are 22″ x 30″ (except last drawing on black paper which is 22″ x
22″), mixed media (chalk pastel, graphite, gouache, watercolour) on Stonehenge
paper
